Believe it or not!

 Leonardo was a multifaceted personality.

Leonardo met with a life threatening accident when he was twenty three. He was paralyzed beyond the neck and had to live in a wheel chair.

Even in this situation he worked, studied, attended parties, socialized, and made a lot of friends.

He studied driving and was about to drive a special car.

He regularly went for swimming classes and also went to the pool four times a week.

He worked with CPM Braxis at the same time had his own programing and website designing business.

He was a  very good programmer and web designer.

He also had his own business of selling and his mother Silvia helped him in dispatching these goods through courier.

He attended a lot a parties regularly on the wheel chair and traveled often between Sao Polo and Peruibe.

He was writing a lot of online computer exams and was studying for IELTS to migrate to Australia.

He was very good artist and a good painter and has displayed some of his paintings through the net.

He worked daily for eight to ten hours and attended English classes thrice a week.

He was in look out for the progress of stem cell research and believed that he could walk one day with this technology.

These are some of the things I knew about him from my memory but there may be much more than I knew about him because I have never seen him in person except on the internet. These were some of the things he could do even after his accident.

2nd year anniversary of my student's death In two days, that date will again tear at my soul. October 28th.the day my student and close friend Leonardo died in a car accident with his dear mother. It's not that I only think of him on this day...there is hardly a day goes by that he doesn't come to mind. I miss our talks over the skype for the past two years. I miss him and his enthusiasm in spite of being paralysed and going in a wheel chair! I try to focus on all the love I have in my life even though we were only together as my student over the internet for just 8 months and we have never met each other other than over the internet! This anniversary is shared by his sisters and brothers, father and all cousins and grand parents! I do not know much about them because I do not know them personally but know a few of them over face book or orkut!! .
